At Carter and Holmes Orchids, we take great pride in the quality of our plants and home decor; if your order arrives damaged or fails to meet your expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Document Your Order

    Upon arrival, take clear photographs of the plants, any damage to the packaging, and the shipping label to assist with our quality assessment.

  • 2.
    Contact Customer Support

    Email our team or use our contact form to submit your return request, including your order number and the photographs of the items in question.

  • 3.
    Receive Return Authorization

    Our orchid specialists will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or instructions for a replacement if the plant is deemed non-viable.

  • 4.
    Secure Packaging

    If a return is required, carefully repackage the items in their original shipping materials to ensure they are protected during transit back to our greenhouse.
