How do you ensure orchids arrive safely during shipping?

We use specialized packing techniques including custom-fit boxes, tissue wrapping, and climate-controlled packaging. During winter months, we include heat packs at no extra charge to protect your plants from freezing temperatures.

When will my order be shipped?

To ensure the health of the plants, we typically ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays in transit. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your orchids leave our greenhouse.

What is your return policy for live plants?

We guarantee that your orchids will arrive in healthy condition. If there is any damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging for a replacement or store credit.

Do you provide care instructions for each orchid variety?

Yes, every order includes a general care sheet, and specific cultural requirements for each genus (such as Cattleya or Phalaenopsis) are available on our website to help your orchids thrive in your home.

Can I request orchids to be shipped in bud or bloom?

While we cannot always guarantee a specific stage of growth, we do offer many plants 'in spike' or 'in bud' when seasonally available. Please check the specific product description or contact us before ordering if you require a plant for a special event.
